Is the sample homepage really free?
Yes. I build a sample homepage for your business and send you a live link. If it's not for you, no hard feelings and no invoice.
How long does a full site take?
Most Launch and Booked projects go live in about 2 to 3 weeks once I have your photos, services and details. Growth builds start first, with a launch date in writing: live within 14 days of your content and an approved draft, or your first paid month of care is free. The clock pauses while I’m waiting on you.
What’s the difference between Launch, Booked and Growth?
Launch ($600) is a one-page site with click-to-call and a quote form. Booked ($1,200) is up to about 5 pages, plus Google Business Profile setup, online booking and reviews. Growth ($2,000) adds up to 7 town pages, before-and-after projects, done-for-you writing, Bing and Apple Maps, a 90-day report, and a front-of-the-line launch guarantee.
Can I add an AI assistant to my site?
Yes, as a paid add-on: $250 for founding clients, $400 after. It is not bundled into Growth.
What does care cost after launch?
Your first 90 days of care are free with any build (Essential with Launch, Standard with Booked, Priority with Growth). After that, care plans are optional at $35, $75 or $150 a month. Essential replies within 3 business days; Standard and Priority within 2. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Cancel anytime.
Is my domain included?
Yes. Domain included for the first year. I register it in your name in your own free Cloudflare account. After the first year it renews on your card at cost, about $10–15 a year for a .com. Already own a domain? I connect it at no charge.
Will I own my website?
Yes. You own the site and the domain, in your name, from day one. Your content and photos are yours too. If you ever leave, I hand everything over.
Can I pay in parts?
Yes. Half up front, half before launch. Growth builds can be split into three payments: a deposit, one at draft review, and one right before launch. All payments are due before your site goes live. You can pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or bank transfer. Each invoice shows how.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Often, yes. I'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether a fix or a rebuild makes more sense — the free sample shows you the difference.
Will ChatGPT or Google's AI find my business?
More customers now ask AI assistants like ChatGPT or Google's AI answers to find a local contractor. Those tools pull from websites and Google listings, so I build every site so they can clearly read your services, service area, hours, and phone, and I keep your Google Business Profile matching it. That also helps them answer customers' questions about you correctly. I can't promise any ranking or recommendation, and nobody honestly can.
